At Schaefer Outfitter, we stand behind the quality of our American-made ranchwear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the items are in unworn condition.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
